This paper carried out the design of the relevant part of the lidar of an enhanced two-way safety assistance system for commercial vehicles, which aims to provide real-time pedestrian position data for ordinary trucks or large trucks when turning right, and calculate the cluster centers formed by pedestrians and vehicles. The positional relationship of the dangerous area formed when turning is used to judge the dangerous situation of the pedestrian's position, to remind the driver to reduce the effect of traffic accidents.
