The Rapid development of 3D printing and additive manufacturing (AM) technology has spurred the 4th industrial revolution. As a result of the convergence of single line design (SLD) and the economically favored screw type extrusion (STE) process, non-Newtonian fluid foods were accurately controlled and 3D printed while including artistic approaches. The STE method with SLD using varying viscosities from 10 - 5,000 Pa·s of food was in the range of ± 21% and ± 57% accuracy without SLD. STE would be used in fields requiring nutritional management. STE has confirmed that the nutritional controlled diet of the general public or patients who need food control is successfully supported.
