摘要

The validation of non-immune llama VHH and human Fab phage display libraries is here shown by the selection of anti-human CXCR4 VHH and VHH-huFc molecules and of various anti-human IL-7R IgGs. The binding of these antibodies to cells expressing the human target with low nM EC50 values and the capacity to displace the ligands of these receptors are also presented. Altogether these data demonstrate that the use of these non-immune libraries are a cost-effective alternative approach to llama immunizations and a good source of human therapeutic monoclonal antibodies.
