(Session 07)Tuyere Phenomena Detection System

摘要

In the pursuit of improving operation safety and pulverized coal injection (PCI) operation efficiency, ROGESA DILLINGER HUTTE decided to equip their two blast furnaces with the PAUL WURTH Tuyere Phenomena Detection System (TPDS). In order to achieve higher PCI injection rates, permanent monitoring of the raceway zone is particularly important as the risk for tuyere blockages or other malfunctions rises with the injection rate.
