Research objective: Studying of results of surgical correction of a pathology of external genitals (), has shown that the problem of repeated operations at the complicated current of primary urological interventions is not solved till now sincevarious complications in the postoperative period reach 10 %-50 % of cases [1,2,3,4]. Plastic surgery, after burdenedcourse of primary interventions on genitals, are always carried out in the complicated conditions as progressive complications lead to formation of a rough scar tissue and accompanied by local blood circulations dis[5,6]. In connection with the above-stated, a decrease in risk of postoperative complications is rather actualthat has demanded carrying out of the corresponding analysis of the clinical supervision.
