Results of investigations of the Atmospheric Brown Clouds (ABC) observed in Kyrgyz Republic are described. The data of experimental investigation on particles originating from the ABC are given. Analysis of nano- and microscale particles containing in the ABC, which includes the distributions of particles in sizes, study of their properties, chemical and mineralogical compositions, is carried out. Radiative properties of homogeneous atmospheric layers with regard to the variation of their composition with altitude are calculated. The radiation fluxes and temperature changes related to radiant energy release are determined. Optical-physical tropospheric characteristics are investigated in the context of attenuation of the solar radiation flux. It is shown that the most effective change in the temperature regime is observed under the conditions of the variations of humidity of the atmosphere caused by the presence of nano- and microscale particles.
