摘要

This paper describes an impedance stabilization network (ISN) that simulates low longitudinal conversion loss (LCL) cables such as AC mains lines. Current ISNs used to measure conducted disturbance from information technology equipment are limited in that they cannot measure the disturbance on low LCL cables precisely. We propose and evaluate a new ISN using an asymmetrical transformer. The experimental results show that the ISN satisfies the requirements discussing for international standardization in CISPR/I/PT-PLT for the majority of the required frequency range. Moreover, conducted disturbance voltages and currents emitted from a PLT modem are measured. The results show that the proposed ISN can be used to measure disturbance voltage.
