Product improvement is encountered often in many products especially in automobile due to competition. The manufacture need to attract their customer by improved products and additional features. Hence the customer feedback is playing most important role nowadays. This research focuses such a automobile component of suspension system manifold design and material validation. The materials of Brass, Gray Cast Iron, Copper and Alloy are considered for investigation. The SOLIDWORKS preferred for this investigation. The suspension manifold was numerically investigated and best material preference suggested.
