Cesium-based halide perovskites have attracted tremendous interest for stable and efficient photovoltaics due to their tunable optical and electronic properties. Herein, electrodeposition and chemical conversion were combined to access inorganic cesium lead mixed-halide perovskites (CsPbX_3, X = I, Br, Cl or their mixture). Their bandgap (E_g) was tuned by controlling the halide stoichiometry in the thin films, which was achieved by varying the solution composition used during chemical conversion. Measurements of the structural and (photo)electrochemical activity of the CsPbX_3 thin films will be presented for studying the relationship between composition/structure and optoelectronic properties of perovskites.
