摘要

In the unmanned construction on Luna or Mars, it is required to excavate the ground by remote control or autonomous operation. In this construction, it is important to acquire the change of ground shape by bucket excavation and to determine the excavation procedures in real time in order to excavate the ground effectively. Furthermore, it is also important to acquire the ground information for the unmanned construction in disaster sites or for the effective machine control in i-Construction, which is a new approach to increase the productivity in the construction sites by using ICT. In this study, 3D measurement results of ground shape after the bucket excavation was carried out by using 3D camera. It was confirmed that the change of ground shape can be measured by 3D camera and excavated volume can be estimated based on the point cloud data obtained by 3D camera.
