摘要

Hybrid power excavator technology is the frontier of the excavator technological innovation currently. The shafting analysis of power system is one of the most important research contents of Hybrid power excavator technology. A simulation has been made of shafting dynamics characteristic model of hybrid power system using AMAMS and MATLAB. The results show that the vibration frequencies of the cross section of easily broken shaft, which ones have lager amplitude, are grouped on 2 times the main shaft rotational frequency, and the inherent torsion frequency of the section appeared in the range of 0~250Hz, it's 41.73Hz, The radial vibration frequency of the section is half of the main shaft rotation frequency, and high amplitude vibration occurs in the frequency range 0.5~2.5 times of the main shaft rotation frequency, Y direction radial vibration inherent frequency appeared in the range of 0~250Hz, it is approximately 43.42Hz.
