We experimentally demonstrate intra- and inter- board optical interconnects utilizing molded waveguides and mirror couplers with inkjet-printed micro-lenses. 10 Gbps Data transmission reveals inter-board interconnects with BER 1.1×10−10 and 6.2×10−13 without and with micro-lenses, respectively.
