Analise do Comportamento Dinamico de Tres Unidades Geradoras Conectadas no Mesmo Transformador Elevador

摘要

The paper presents the technical characteristics of three generators connected to one main transformer (connection transformer). Regarding economic aspects, this kind of connection is an interesting solution for plants with two or more generators. However, some technical aspects must be regarded, such as, unbalance of reactive Power and voltage control. Basically, the importance of this paper is shown by the results of tests performed under different condition. These tests illustrate how an unbalance of reactive power can influence the voltage control. Under the conditions of severe unbalance, the ability to control the voltage can be reduced.
