摘要

Thyssenkrupp CSA built a new 5 million t green fieldsteel plant in Brazil. The presentation explains theequipment configuration, layout, and logistic conceptof the steel plant, consisting of 2 converters and2 continuous casting machines, based on the aimedproduct portfolio. In addition, the main challengesduring cold and hot commissioning of this plant andthe methodology during commissioning to ensure asafe and proper start up of the plant are beingexplained.
