摘要

The causes of the contact wear have predominantly thermal character. At first, this applies to abrupt temperature changes under the effect of the electric arc. In the report is investigated contact body heating in the region around the arc fulcrum. Due to momentary character of this process, measurements are not possible. The study has been carried out with toe aid of mathematical methods, based on solution of the differential equation for the thermal conductivity of a non-static thermal process. The influence of some important physical constants of materials has also been discussed.
