Main principles of automatic counter-emergency control in UPS of Russia

Main principles, on which organization of the counter- emergency automatic control of United Power System (UPS) of Russia is based, are presented. Peculiarities of UPS of Russia, which lead to the counter-emergency automation development, are highlighted. The structure of automatic counter-emergency control including some ";boundaries of defense"; on which the complex of provisions operates is given. The structure and main principles of centralized counter-emergency automation are presented.
