Study on City Sewage Treatment Plant Processes Optimum Choice

Multi-hierarchy and multi-index and uncertainty were included in the choice of sewage treatment plant processes scheme; Analytical Multi-hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive evaluation (FCZ) were introduced in the optimum choice model; then the model of sewage treatment plant processes scheme optimum choice was set up. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive evaluation (FCZ) were combined, the index weight was confirmed through using AHP, the membership degree was calculated by setting up fuzzy function, compared with the present sewage treatment plant process scheme choice by the project experience and the intuition judgment. It objectively reflects the comprehensive influence on the essential elements of a system even more; the weight was confirmed through establishing judgment matrix, avoided deciding subjectively the nature and the nonuniformity; the result is enabled to reflect actual situation objectively. Applies a specific mathematics method - biggest membership degree, by the size of a membership degree judging the scheme is fit or unfit, the concept is clear and it is advantageous for the comparison; the optimized model which was set up in the article was compiled to computer software, and the model was used for the case study. This optimized model may widely apply to the sewage treatment process scheme optimum choice and may provide the reliable basis for the policy-making scientific nature and standard simultaneously.
