摘要

The original position statistic distribution analysis (OPA) was introduced to compare segregation and granularity in thin slab cross section of high intensity climate-resistant steel with different reduction in Zhujiang Steel Co. Through the liquid core reduction, the segregation of C, Si, Mn, Cu, Cr, Ni is improved more obviously than the segregation of Ti, P and S. when the reduction is 5mm, the most improvement is found. As the reduction increases, the granularity increases too.
