STUDY ON PROCESS OF GF/PP WARP-KNITTING FABRICS

摘要

The feasibility of process about GF/PP warp - knitting fabrics on thermoplastic composites has been studied from the result of impregnating feasibility, impregnating effect, GF/PP interface bonding and mechanical properties and the properties of our products were compared with the products from other countries. The results are in good agreement to use warp-knitting fabric to produce continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites, but it needs to improve fabric and optimize technology to increase the properties of composites.
