Fuel Cells for Commercial Transport Airplanes:Needs and Opportunities

Fuel cells offer the potential for many of the same improvements for commercial transport airplanes that they do for transportation and other industries including reduction of noise and emissions.But some of the needs and opportunities differ.For fuel cells to be successfully applied on commercial transport airplanes these differences need to be identified and addressed.
