We have developed a compact fuel processor that consists of steam reforming reactor,water gas shift converter,selective oxidation reactor and vaporizer.Features of the fuel processor are low heat-dissipation loss and reduction of the piping arrangement.Structure of the fuel processor was determined by using three dimensional fluid dynamic simulation.As a result,its thermal efficiency was enhanced to 75% by LHV basis.Concentration of hydrogen and CO in the reformate gas is more than 73 % and less than 10 ppm,respectively.
