Research of chines coroporate governance based on supervisory and control bodies

摘要

This provides three typical corporate governance systems in the main market economies, and briefly analyzes their resons of evolution. Finally, this paper gives a detailed analysis of Chinese corporate governance system, and suggests that China should make a freform on coroporate governance system thoroughly.
