High definition components manufactured by μ-screen technology

Theμ-Screen is a development of screen printing technology aimed at the production of very fine features for electronic or other applications. The μ-Screen (fig. 1) can be used on a standard thick film printing machine in the same way as a standard mesh-based screen, but because of its unique construction it is capable of much greater line and space resolution; down to 50μm lines and spaces.
