Meaurements of hydrocarbons and reduced sulfur compounds emitted from a wastewater treatment pond.

A flux chamber w as deployed on the water surface to monitor the emissions of hydrocarbons and reduced slfur compounds from a wastwater treatment pond at a refinery site. Air sampls were collected in Tedlar bags and analyzed on-site by menas of a gas chromatograph/flame ionization detector (GC/FID) for hydrocarbons and a gas chromatograph/flame photometric detector (GC/FPD) for reduced sulfur compounds.
