This paper presents a case history of the successful use of a minimal concept platform extended into water depths greater than 400 ft. The structure consists of an integrated eck supported on a tripod jacket and fastended to the seabled with three piles. The deck is capable of supporting a self contained workover rig, or a tender assisted drilling rig. The platform was successfully installed in 428 ft. of water depth in April of 1995.
