The main objective is to design an "Drill Jig (Indexing Type) for a missile component" by understanding the design concept, modeling it and to perform the analysis by which the design is validated. The component design was studied in detail and then the drill jig was designed, and tested and was found to produce components of acceptable quality. The design of each component of jig was carried out and the designs of all components are included in this thesis. The evaluation technique involves the implementation of CAD software that aids for design drafting, assembly and analysis which is be useful for customized applications and manipulations.
