On the basis of our previous studies in the flow modeling of rarefied gas between coaxial cylinders under pulsating radial motion and pulsating temperature (one-dimensional problem), the energy transfer in the system of gas - surrounding cylinders is studied at the cylinders axis pulsating of the inner cylinders (two-dimensional problem). The energy transfer is modeled with a statistical DSMC model. The obtained results show how the external mechanical disturbances at the cylinder axis direction influence on the gas flow. These results make it possible to assess the gauge sensitivity under external mechanical disturbances.
