摘要

In this paper, based on the research background of dynamic wireless charging of inspection robot in substation, the magnetic coupling structure and compensation network suitable for wireless charging system of robot are selected, and the transient and steady-state process in the whole process of robot operation is analyzed. According to the analysis results, the corresponding guide rail switching scheme is developed. Combined with the characteristics of the inspection robot that needs precise control, the acceleration sensor and photoelectric sensor collect multiple motion information, accurately locate the robot, and use the FPGA module to process the data in parallel at high speed to control the guide rail at the same time. Finally, the system is verified to be fast by building an experimental platform And the transmission coil on the power supply guide rail is accurately controlled to switch, which ensures the maximum operation power and efficiency of the system.
