Successful implementation of a complex underground hydrogeological drilling campaign in the Andes

Los Bronces Integrated project (LBI) is evaluating the Los Sulfatoscopper deposit, situated around 65 km NE of Santiago Chile and 5-7kmSSE from Anglo American's Los Bronces mine. Set in primary freshrocks below the Yerba Loca Nature Sanctuary, the future undergroundmine of LBI project is being proposed that will have no significant orperceivable impacts on the natural water cycle, biodiversity or glaciers.
