In the burning process of conventional brick, undamaged brick merely reaches 55-62% since the heat did not spread uniformly. Hollow brick design with sawdust filler will ameliorate the spreading of the heat including through the holes on the brick surface. Moreover, that the filler sawdust will be burned reduce the use of firewood and burning time. It was obtained from the experiment of the production of hollow brick design with sawdust filler that undamaged brick as a result of combustion reaches up to 99%.
