Novel Image Sticking Model in the Fringe Field Switching Mode Based on the Flexoelectric Effect

摘要

A novel image sticking model in the fringe field switching (FFS) mode has been proposed. We focused oh the flexoelectric effect especially observed in the FFS mode. Simulation result was coincided with an actual measurement result. This result indicates that the flexoelectric effect is the cause of an image sticking.
