On the surface of powder phosphors were deposited various oxide coatings by plasma spraying. As the coatings have been used zirconium oxide and titanium oxide. Phosphors coated subjected to aging and to investigate their characteristics. Found that although the films have been uneven (porous) nature, they, nevertheless, can improve the stability of the EL powder phosphors.
