After the recommended fixes were implemented, the vibration levels decreased from 0.6 in/s RMS to less than 0.2 in/s RMS at the bearing tower. Follow up field test by others showed that the frequencies that were at 38 Hz had shifted to 46Hz and 52.5Hz, close to analysis predictions.
