Battery-free wireless touch driven transmitter with on-chip antennas for wireless sensor systems

摘要

We succeed to change the DC voltage from radio frequency signal (800 MHz) of on-chip reception antenna. As a result, the rectifier using on-chip antenna was possible to supply power of 1.9 V / 1 mA at the distance of 3 cm.
