First, informations on the long time behaviour of technical contact arrangements in different outdoor-and indoor environments are given. This information, dealing with goldcoated copper alloy contacts, subliments on evaluation of testing methods for accelerated gas tests, presented at the 6th Contact Conference in Chicago.
