The study on SMPEs of China has two queries. One is that "life span" data comparison of Chinese and foreign enterprise is employed to prove the backwardness of the management of SMPEs in China. Another is that Chinese private economy is successful, while the private enterprise management is too poor. Under the market condition of China, the management of SMPEs is effective and successful, which mainly lies in the family pattern, seeking interest with the management skills and tricks, the non-conventional operation behavior and depending on regional resources. These characteristic management tricks are focus for enterprise management innovation to put forth effort. In order to bring about management innovation of SMPEs, the owners of SMPEs have to adjust their thinking pattern, enhance their decision-making power and management ability. The staff troop construction, enterprise management system construction, culture construction and honesty and trust construction must be speeded up to complete.
