摘要

1. Modified nzno-ZnO by titanate coupling agent posses obviously strengthening and toughening effect to ABS copolymer. Worthy modification could be attained by adding a small amount of modified nano-ZnO. 2. There is a optimum concentration of modified nano-ZnO for ABS/nzno-ZnO composites, which is 3% content in this paper. The tensile strength, hardness, and impact strength are the greatest at the optimum content. 3. Modified nano-ZnO could supply heat resistance for the composites effectively. Vicat softening temperature of the composite at 3% concentration of modified nano-ZnO is 3.3°C higher that of pure ABS copolymer. 4. ABS/nano-ZnO composites possess good anti-aging protectivity. The tensile strength, breaking elongation, hardness, Charpy impact strength(notched or not notched) of the composite after UV aged at 3% concentration of modified nano-ZnO are 17.1Mpa, 18.2%, 2.5Mpa, 3.8kJ/m~2 and 20.3 kJ/m~2 higher than that of pure ABS copolymer respectively.
