摘要

The influence of various flame-retardant additives on the resistance of relay contacts was studied for polybutylene terephthalate. Comparative measurements in a computer-controlled recipient for detecting exuded vapors harmful to contacts established a flame retardant that is non-blooming at high temperatures, nontoxic by today's standards and does not generate contaminations which would increase contact resistance.
