THE STUDY OF SEMANTIC WEB APPLICATION IN E-GOVERNMENT INTEGRATION

Currently, the research of Electronic Government is popular. There have many efforts in e-government implementation and integration. One important aspect in implementing e-government integration is to implement heterogeneous information exchanging, fusing and sharing. But in fact, there have existed a great deal of information management systems and they are heterogeneity so that it's difficult to interact between them. Here we discuss the infrastructure and some notions of e-government base on semantic web and try to use it to settle that problem. We begin in presenting the difficult in information interaction in e-government then introduce the notion of web services and application of semantic web. We try to combine the both and use them in information fusion. XML is used in interaction of information in heterogeneity system, together with ontology we can uniform semantic and compose the web services of e-government. RDF can be used to describe it. With these notions, we construct a e-government system based on semantic web. In the end, we give our conclusion of this article and prospect the e-govemment future.
