ANALYSIS OF COMPLEXITY OF PRICE DECISION IN THE INTEGRATED SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEM

The integrated supply chain is a complex network structure that consists of many members or organizations with conflicting objects. A specific firm must conciliate different agents in a supply chain while optimizing its object. If not so, the locally optimal decisions among node firms is likely to result in conflicts between the notes with a supply chain and then is harmful to the whole supply chain. Therefore, transfer price and price decision of both of them are elated to raw material, products and the pass process of information, are of great importance in the study on the complexity of the integrated supply chain system. However, there are only a few literatures that make some investigation on how exactly the complexity of the integrated supply chain system are affected by the transfer price. In this paper, aimed at the nonlinear mechanism of the transfer price in an integrated supply chain, we study on the complexity of the integrated supply chain system based on chaotic theory and its methods, and we make an effort to provide a new insights into the complexity of supply chain management.
