This paper presents Global Networked Entrepreneurship as a strategy for linking the world's technoleis for shared prosperity at home and abroad. Traditionally research on technopoleis has focused on fostering regionally-based technology-intensive wealth and job creation. However, increasingly the emphasis, from the public and private sectors, has shifted toward international collaboration. This paper suggests that as the world's technolopoleis move into the 21~(st) Century the linking of talent, technology, capital, and business know-how through global networked entrepreneurship will become a reality. Furthermore, globally-based "experiential learning laboratories" will be considered fundamentally important to shortened product development and commercialization cycles.
