The URA97 model for role-based user-role assignment

In role-based access control (RBAC) permissions ar eassociated with roles,and users are made members of appropriate roles thereby acquiring the roles' permissions.The principal motiation behind RBAC is to simplify administration.An appealing possibilty is to use RBAC itself to manage RBAC, to further provide administrativve convernience.in this paer we introduce a role-based adminsistrative model,called URA 97 (user-role assignment '97),for assignment of users to roles.
