Recently, many new progresses of medical sciences, including medical mycology, have beenmade under the promotion of the modern molecular biology techniques. The molecular mycology has become a hot study field. Chinese researchers have developed a lot of studies in inquisition of molecular mechanisms of antifungal drug resistance, construction of DNA library for pathogenic fungi, typing for strain delinealation of fungi by different DnA-based procedures and early diagnosis for deep fungal infection, and obtained some important results.
