A female 38 years old patient was suffered from twenty nail dytropyh, thick, and deformity. Two years ago, she was suffered from breast cancer, after operation followed by cytotoxic therapy. Half a year later, her twenty nails became thick and dystrophy. PH: Twenty nail plates were opalescent, thick, dull, fragil and longitudinally ridged. The adjacent cuticles were pink and swollen.
