摘要

A DIAL system based on an injection seeded optical parametric oscillator (OPO) is under construction for rmeote measurements of atmospheric water vapor. The spectral properties of this system were investigated in detail. The results indicate that this versatile and compact light source is well suited for various lidar applications. A new DIAL technique that takes advantages of the variable bandwidth of seeded and unseeded OPO operation is presented.
