Six groups of experimental feed contained 0,10,20,30,40,50g/kg soya-lecithin respectively. The Penaeus penicillatus (body length 4approdx5cm) were in little cement pool (1.3mx1.5mx1.2m). According to feed conversion efficiency, average increase in length and in weight of Penaeus penicillatus, the optimum adding amount is discovered. Adding soya-leithin to artificial feed could improve apparently the growth of Penaeus penicillatus, decease feed conversion efficientcy. The optimum adding amount of soya-lecithin was 40 g/kg as artificial feed composed mainly fish meal and soybean cakes.
