The Research of Gobiocypris rare as the Model Fish of Gene Transfer

摘要

The frequency of spawnings and quantity of Gobiocypris rarus in laboratory were defined. The development situation of Gobiocypris rarus eggs was observed. Gobiocypris rarus as the model fish of transgenic studies was evaluated. The hatching rate of the fertilized eggs microinjected foreign genes and the ratio of exogenous gene inserted fish genome were discussed.
