Combustion of CWS On Ingot Reheating Furnace For Forging

摘要

This paper presents the combustion technology of Coal-Water Slurry (CWS) on a ingot reheating furnace for forging. The furnace is especially designed for burning CWS as fuel. The results of the industrial application show that hte furnace's struture is reasonable, that combustion technology can satisfactorily meet the demands of reheating process and forging process (mainly carbon steel) and process the advantage of high heating rate at high temperature. It shows that burning system and transport system of CWS have been met the requirement for industrial production, once more.
