A Microeconomic mechanism for the modes matching in the joint development of manufacturing and logistics industry

Based on the contractual Theory of the firm and the Principal - agent theory, the modes matching in the joint development of manufacturing and logistics industry is studied. We proposed that the microeconomic mechanism for the modes is the proper contractual arrangements from manufacturing firm to their relevant logistics. According to the New Classical Economics Framework, a general equilibrium model is established by endogenous principal - agent relationship to study the conflict and equilibrium of economic interest between the manufacturing and logistics enterprises. The results show that the specialization and trading efficiency factors with constant interaction each other to improve is the origin which promotes the firm's changing and selecting mode in joint development of two industries.
