Heilongjiang, as a large commodity food base, has made greatly remarkable contributions to national food security. In recent years, farmers' income improves a lot in Heilongjiang; however, the relation between farmers' income and food production isn't still coordinated. The paper analyzes and measures the coordination between farmers' income and food production on the basis of the factor analysis, the result shows that the coordination between food production and farmers' income in Heilongjiang is extremely terrible which is far lower than the level of major food sales areas and other major food producing areas. The score of comprehensive food production capacity in Heilongjiang ranks No. 3 in our nation and the score of its farmers' income ranks No. 26. The gap between them ranks the highest in our nation.
